My Discord role has not appeared
Confirm you joined the correct Bunker server and that the Discord account shown on your Account page is the one you use there.

I cancelled my membership
Access remains active until the paid period ends. Stripe then closes the entitlement and the bot removes the linked role.
My payment did not complete
Return to Premium and retry. Access is only granted after Stripe confirms payment through its signed webhook.
I signed into the wrong Discord account
Sign out on the Account page, then restart Discord login and choose the correct account.
