I cancelled my membership
Your access remains active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for. After that, Bunker Premium is removed automatically.
My payment did not complete
Return to Services and try again. Your purchase will be added as soon as your payment is confirmed.
I signed into the wrong Discord account
Sign out on the Account page, then restart Discord login and choose the correct account.
