1. Who these terms cover
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and The FUT Bunker ("The FUT Bunker", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply to the FUT Bunker Companion app, Bunker Portal, Bunker Giveaways, Bunker Assistant, our Discord-connected features and every product, membership, Academy, tactic, support, loyalty, review or giveaway service we provide (together, the "Services").
By creating an account, using a Service or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Nothing here limits rights that UK consumer law says cannot be limited.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must meet the minimum age required by Discord, the relevant app store and the law where you live. If you cannot legally enter a contract, a parent or guardian must approve your use and any purchase.
- Use truthful, current information; keep your Discord, device and sign-in credentials secure; and tell us promptly about unauthorised access.
- One person must not use duplicate, shared, purchased or impersonated accounts to evade limits, gain rewards or mislead us. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.
- Access may depend on Discord guild membership, roles, subscription status or a completed purchase. Removing Discord permissions, leaving the server or losing an eligible role can limit connected features.
3. What we provide
Our Services include community access, learning content, tactics, memberships, digital entitlements, tactic-request credits, Bunker Points, discounts, support, Ask a Trader, reviews and giveaways. The exact description, price, delivery estimate, duration and eligibility shown at checkout or on the relevant page form part of your order.
- EA FC, squad, market, gameplay and tactic content is educational opinion, not financial advice and not a promise of profit, results, pack outcomes or in-game performance.
- We are not Electronic Arts and are not endorsed by it. Partner material may also be governed by the partner's terms and intellectual-property rights.
- Do not give us account passwords, recovery codes or payment credentials in support messages. Account details for a paid boosting order must be provided only through that order's Secure Account Handover form.
4. Orders, prices and delivery
- Prices are shown before you confirm an order. Applicable taxes and the final amount payable are shown by the checkout provider before payment.
- An order is accepted only when the payment provider confirms payment and we confirm or deliver the entitlement. We may reject or cancel an order for an obvious pricing error, unavailable product, failed verification, legal restriction or suspected fraud; if payment was taken, the affected amount will be refunded.
- Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Tell support promptly if an entitlement is missing so we can investigate.
- Stripe handles eligible web payments and Google Play handles eligible Android purchases. Their checkout and payment-account terms also apply.
- Before payment for a boosting order priced at £50 or more, we require a successful Stripe Identity verification linked to your Bunker account and Stripe Customer. Stripe may ask for a government-issued identity document and, depending on the configured check, a selfie. We normally reuse the successful verification status so you are not asked to repeat the check for later eligible orders.
- A verification request is not a paid order. After Stripe marks verification as passed, the saved boosting selection continues automatically to Stripe Checkout; the order is accepted only after Stripe confirms payment. If verification is declined, fails or cannot be completed, payment does not begin. Contact support before ordering if you need to ask about a reasonable non-biometric verification route.
- For fraud prevention, contract evidence and dispute handling, we record the checkout selection, trusted server-calculated price, confirmation wording and version, confirmation time, account reference, IP address, browser information and Stripe transaction references.
5. Subscriptions, activation, cancellation and refunds
- Subscription price, billing period and renewal information are displayed before purchase. Manage or cancel through the payment provider used for the purchase. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; it does not automatically refund a period already supplied.
- At checkout, you may expressly ask us to supply digital access immediately and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day cancellation right will end when supply begins. If you give that request and acknowledgement, the Activator's completed or activated status records that the purchased access or digital content has been supplied and the cancellation right ends at that point. Activation alone cannot replace the express consent and acknowledgement required by law.
- For a service rather than digital content, asking us to start during the cancellation period can make a proportionate amount payable for work supplied before cancellation. The cancellation right ends only when the service is fully performed where the law permits and you gave the required prior request and acknowledgement.
- Activation does not remove remedies for a product or service that is faulty, misdescribed, not supplied as agreed, or otherwise protected by law. Nothing in these terms replaces your statutory rights.
- Google Play refund requests may need to be handled by Google. For Stripe or direct web orders, contact [email protected] with the order reference.
6. Bunker Points, rarities, credits and discounts
- Bunker Points are loyalty points, not money, electronic money, a deposit or a cryptocurrency. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, sold or transferred, and cannot replace the minimum cash payment shown at checkout.
- Earned monthly progress determines monthly rarity and resets on the published schedule. A points balance, purchased points and staff adjustments may be treated differently from monthly progress as explained in the product or loyalty rules.
- Monthly rarity rewards, staff rewards and Discount Store rewards are subject to their displayed eligibility, expiry, claim and non-stacking rules. Where alternatives exist, checkout will show the eligible saving that can be used.
- Included Premium tactic credits are use-it-or-lose-it and do not stack between benefit periods. Purchased credits remain subject to the conditions shown when bought.
- We may correct genuine errors and reverse points, credits, discounts, rarity progress or entitlements obtained through refunds, reversals, fake invites, duplicate accounts, manipulated activity, deleted rewarded reviews or other abuse. We will not remove a valid benefit arbitrarily.
6A. Boosting and temporary account access
- You must own the account used for a boosting order or have clear authority from its owner. You must provide accurate, current details only through the Secure Account Handover form and must not send them through Discord, support messages or screenshots.
- By submitting the handover, you authorise the booster assigned to your paid order, and an authorised Owner where genuinely required, to access the named platform and EA account only to deliver, supervise or resolve that order. Openings of the handover are recorded.
- Backup and recovery codes are order-specific and commonly work once. You must provide fresh, unused codes for each new order. If an order is returned after its details were opened, those details are destroyed and replacement details are required before another booster can begin.
- The assigned booster records a proportionate starting and finishing account image as evidence of the account state and delivery. The booster must avoid unrelated private information and must not copy, retain, disclose or use account information for any other purpose.
- Each paid boosting order has a chronological audit trail. It records payment, secure handover submission and authorised access, assignment, evidence uploads and replacements, start time, progress and corrections, stream sharing where purchased, completion, refunds and payment disputes. Evidence records include an integrity hash so a later file can be checked against the recorded upload.
- Customers can view a staff-safe version of the order timeline. Authorised staff and Owners can view the internal record needed to deliver, supervise or defend the order. Correcting a progress entry does not erase the original audit event; the correction is added to the history.
- When an order is completed, the submitted handover is permanently removed. You must change the relevant account password immediately, review platform and EA security, sign out unfamiliar sessions and create fresh backup codes before another order.
- Giving another person account access may carry risks under the platform or game provider's rules. We use safeguards and limit access, but cannot promise that a third-party platform will never restrict an account. This does not exclude responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove remedies for a service supplied without reasonable care and skill.
- Misusing another person's credentials, retaining them after the active order, bypassing access controls or falsifying evidence is a serious breach and may result in immediate removal from boosting work, suspension, preservation of relevant evidence and referral to Discord, a platform provider or law enforcement where proportionate and lawful.
- Starting and finishing images are normally scheduled for deletion 180 days after completion. If Stripe reports an active payment dispute, scheduled deletion is suspended while the dispute is open and a new retention period begins when it closes. Audit timestamps, transaction references and integrity hashes can be retained longer where reasonably needed for legal claims, fraud prevention and accounting.
7. Giveaways and promotions
- Each giveaway may have additional eligibility, opening, closing, prize, winner-contact and fulfilment rules shown on its page or Discord post. Those specific rules form part of these terms.
- Eligibility checks can include guild membership, role, boost status and duration, server tag, monthly rarity and other published requirements. One entry per eligible person applies unless stated otherwise.
- Automated entries, duplicate identities, collusion, false eligibility or interference with a draw may lead to disqualification. We may redraw where a winner is ineligible, does not respond in the stated time or cannot lawfully receive the prize.
- A purchase does not improve the chance of winning unless a promotion expressly and lawfully says otherwise. No cash alternative is available unless the giveaway states one.
8. Reviews and member content
- Only submit honest content you have the right to share. Do not include private data, unlawful material, threats, impersonation, spam or misleading claims.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, format, moderate and display it as reasonably needed to run and promote the Services. This licence ends when content is deleted, except for lawful records, cached copies and material already used in a completed publication.
- Reviews may show your Discord server nickname or chosen display name and what was reviewed. Rewarded reviews must reflect a genuine eligible experience. Removing an invalid or deleted rewarded review may reverse its points and restore the applicable review allowance.
- We may refuse, hide or remove content for safety, legality, relevance, authenticity or community-rule reasons, but will not suppress a genuine review merely because it is critical.
9. Support and Discord messaging
- Messages sent through the app, Bunker Assistant DMs and connected staff-only Discord forums can be synchronised so the member and authorised staff can reply from either place. Treat every support message as part of the same case record.
- Do not use support for emergencies. Staff can change case status or close a resolved case. A closed case cannot be used to continue unrelated contact; open a new request where appropriate.
- Be respectful. Threats, harassment, doxxing, malicious files and deliberate misuse can lead to message blocking, case closure or account action.
10. Prohibited conduct
- Do not scrape, reverse engineer, probe, overload, automate against or bypass the Services, APIs, rate limits, access controls or security measures without written permission.
- Do not manipulate messages, invites, reviews, purchases, roles, rarity, entries, votes, course completion or other activity to obtain an advantage.
- Do not infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, resell personal access, impersonate another person or use the Services unlawfully.
- If you discover a weakness, stop testing, do not access other people's data and report it privately to [email protected].
11. Payment disputes and chargebacks
Contact support first if you do not recognise a charge or believe an order is wrong. This does not remove your right to contact your bank, card issuer, Google or another payment provider, and it does not limit statutory rights.
- A knowingly false, duplicate or abusive dispute is a serious breach. We may suspend the affected account, preserve and provide relevant evidence, contest the dispute, and revoke only the unpaid or reversed entitlements, points, credits and discounts.
- Where the law permits, you remain responsible for the valid unpaid price and the direct, reasonable fees or recovery costs caused by deliberate fraud or a dishonest dispute. We do not impose arbitrary fines or penalise a genuine good-faith claim.
- A payment reversal does not by itself decide whether a product was faulty or whether a further refund is owed. We assess the underlying order and applicable law.
- For a boosting dispute, relevant evidence can include the accepted checkout confirmations, Identity verification status, payment record, account-handover and access timestamps, starting and finishing images, integrity hashes, progress logs, completion time, customer-visible history and relevant support communications. We disclose only evidence that is relevant and proportionate to the claim.
12. Investigation and enforcement
- We may use proportionate technical records, purchase records, Discord eligibility and case history to investigate suspected error, abuse, fraud or safety risk.
- Depending on seriousness, action can include a warning, correction, disqualification, feature restriction, suspension, termination, evidence referral or a legal claim. Immediate temporary restriction may be used where reasonably necessary to protect members or the Services.
- You may ask support to review an account decision. We may require reasonable identity or ownership verification and will not disclose security controls or another person's data.
- Terms are enforced consistently with applicable law; attempting to exploit an ambiguity does not create an entitlement to an obviously unintended benefit.
13. Intellectual property
The FUT Bunker and its licensors own the Services, branding, software, layouts and original content. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use them for their intended purpose. You may not copy, publish, sell, sublicense, remove notices from or create derivative products from protected material except where law permits or we give written permission.
14. Availability, changes and third parties
- We aim to keep the Services reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Discord, Google, Stripe, app stores, hosting services, Electronic Arts and content partners are outside our control.
- We may maintain, secure, improve, replace or discontinue features. If a change materially harms a paid service already purchased, we will provide any remedy required by law.
- Links and partner services are provided for convenience or to deliver disclosed features. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them.
15. Responsibility for loss
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. We are responsible for loss that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss caused by your breach, unauthorised account sharing, third-party platform failure outside our reasonable control, or a loss neither of us could reasonably foresee when the contract was made. The Services are supplied for personal use; business loss is not covered unless separately agreed in writing.
16. Ending access
- You may stop using the Services and request account deletion at any time. Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate: cancel recurring billing with the payment provider as well.
- We may suspend or end access for a material or repeated breach, fraud, safety risk, legal requirement or non-payment. Where practical and safe, we will explain the action and allow a reasonable chance to put a minor breach right.
- Terms that must logically continue—such as payment obligations, intellectual property, evidence preservation, liability and dispute provisions—survive closure.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms for legal, security, product or operational reasons. The latest version and effective date will be published here. We will give reasonable notice of a material change where practicable. A change will not retrospectively remove an accrued statutory right. If you do not accept a material change, stop using the affected Service before it takes effect and cancel any renewal.
18. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you keep any mandatory protection and right to bring proceedings available under the law where you live. Please contact [email protected] first so we can try to resolve a concern. Formal terms, order and legal queries can also be sent there.
